Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (add another extra if like us, you LOVE onion)
  • 70 grams of Spain Iberico Chorizo Extra
  • 7 large eggs
  • 5-6 medium potatoes

Creamy Sweet potato and chorizo pasta

 

Ingredients:

  • Your favourite Pasta
  • 2 small sweet potatoes
  • 200 g of Spanish Spicy chorizo
  • 1 big onion
  • Half glass of oat milk (dairy or any other alternative will also work)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin Olive oil (2 tbsp)
  • Grounded Cayenne pepper (1/2 tsp) - optional!

Chorizo Iberico and lentils stew 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g Spain Iberico chorizo, peeled and diced
  • 1 large onion , chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves , chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped (optional)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Spain Iberico Don Pablo smoked paprika (sweet or spicy, up to you!)
  • 350g lentil (we prefer green lentils)
  • Water or vegetables stock
