This is an artisan cheese cured for more than 6 months, matured slowly, giving the cheese a pleasant and intense aroma with a long presence in the mouth.
Chorizo extra, 500g. Traditional holm oak smoking and cured in natural curing sheds.
Diced Jamon Iberico Green label, 260g. Salted and cured following traditional techniques in natural curing sheds. Ideal to mix together with Salmorejo (Spanish Tomato Soap).
Salmorejo Santa Teresa, 1 Litre. One of the tastiest could soups of the Mediterranean diet. Made of Extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh cucumber, fresh peppers, fresh tomatoes, wine vinegar and salt.

How to consume and store our products?
- For best results, simply open the package at least 30 minutes before you eat.
- Iberico products can last for up to 2 weeks in your fridge in a container or the original packaging - just make sure you cover them! If you can resist eating it all in one go, let us know! ;)
- We recommend a fridge temperature of between 4 and 10 degrees Celsius.
